Need help to enable View total compensation statement in the ellipses under my Team-->Compensation

Hi!

I am trying to enable the View total compensation action in the ellipses for MSS. When a manager navigates to my Team-->Compensation and click on the ellipses, I am not able to see the action for View Total compensation statement. Any idea how to do this?

 

I was able to add it on the ESS but not able to do it on the MSS page. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
