Hi All!

Has anyone had luck working on promotion speed ratios out of OTBI? Diving into this in the next week or two and wanted to see if anyone else has worked on this previously or is working on similar analyses related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion analyses. Would love to see more OTBI discussions focused on these topics!
