Incomplete information in Reassignment notification

I had to reassign a Job Offer approval transaction to a new person (Person as the original approver was on holidays. After i reassigned the transaction, it triggered a notification but the notification dropped off all the information related to the Offer (Refer Attached)
We had to cancel that transaction due to some internal reasons
Then i added the new person as the collaborator on the requisition, again triggered the approval and it went to Person A only as per the approval workflow which is fine. But since person A is on Holidays i had to reassign it to Person B but this time Person B was a collaborator, she received the approval notification with all the information (Refer Attached).
