Chat Inlay – Open hidden chat inlay isnt works

Could someone help me to invoke a hidden chat inlay, please?

Because, after that i Search a post on Clould Customer Connect (Invoking the hidden Chat Inlay . Posts (163) . Digital Customer Service . Forum . Oracle Cloud Customer Connect), its not working if i insert this Javascript on my HTML code (as you can see on my attachment file). I mean, When i run HTML code, the chat inlay was hidden, also, i cannot invoke this hide chat using oit.fire(new oit.CustomEvent('inlay-oracle-chat-embedded-show', { detail: { id: 'chatInlay' } }));
