Referral status in CSW after turning on referrals in TEE

We have turned on the referral in TEE and noticed that a new Status popped up in the CSW as a part o this. 
Step:New  
Status: Employee Referral 

Just wanted to check where this status is defined in TEE ? 
I do not see it defined under  
Taleo Recruiting Administration > Workflows --> status 

Is it defined in any other location?
