Oracle Purchasing Cloud is rolling out an excel template that uses the Oracle Draft Purchase Order REST API 21A in combination with the Visual Builder Add-in for Excel. This excel workbook enables you to view, create, update, and submit change orders for approval.

Attached is an unpublished Visual Builder Excel template with pre-populated attributes of the Draft Purchase Orders REST API. Note that some columns are hidden but can be displayed from within the excel workbook. 

You can use this template as is, or as a starting point to create a new template tailored to your organization’s needs and publish it for your end users. Publishing creates a copy of the workbook with the design tools hidden and worksheet protection turned on for each worksheet with a layout.
