We are in process of building an important report, where we are using the Cell Value function in the Conditional text, but it is not working as expected. Need help in resolving the same. (Also have a SR opened)

 

See Design View: Conditional Text in B3 which is based on Cell Value function is not working as expected.

Original (row 2)  has Proposal Title and Proposal Amount, detail dimension members.

See the Row four below, which shows the output of CellValue(2) considered as reference for the behavior of cell value function which shows the values from Proposal Title(first row in the original set.)
