Reports with conditional text do not work on POV change during preview

Reports with conditional text does not generate correct presentation if the POV is changed during preview. SR is logged on this issue.

In the example report 

1. Run the Report with agency: Total Agency
2. Change POV of Agency: HIU , the conditional text content goes missing
3. Edit report
4. Preview again to generate the correct presentation for HIU agency.

This is applicable to the pov change with any dimension and is affecting multiple reports with conditional text.
