In Oracle EBS (on-premise) we have the below modules as part of supply chain solution.

  • Oracle Engineering
  • Oracle Production
  • Oracle WIP (Work in Process)
  • Oracle BOM (Bill of Materials)

I would like to know which Oracle Cloud modules are equivalent for the above 4 modules and most importantly what is the level of maturity (features and functionalities available) between Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.

If a large industrial manufacturing company (~ $10 billion) wants a recommendation on best fit solution to support the end to end supply chain ,manufacturing and planning, would you recommend Oracle SCM Cloud solution over Oracle EBS SCM?
