We are trying to complete a quick payment for a supplier. Upon saving, 'JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction' error appeared.

What could be the possible reason for this error ?

We have checked payment document number is active without any last available number set.

We also do not enable Bills Payable for this payment method.
