How to create a journey for a marital status change

Dear all

In a document concerning journey ´s and onboarding tasklist s a saw an image about a journey named "Change Marital Status" (see attachment). How is that build? Is there any guide line how to build a journey which is not depending on an action?

The idea is to put a journey on the homepage (under journeys) for the employoee to start his journey to update is marital status:

Task 1: Change Person Details

Task 2: Add the document of the marriage certificate

How can we build that?
