Audit any tables other than Requisiton

Need to audit candidate movement in the system

Hi,

We have a requirement to audit the movement of a candidate through a CSP so when they reach a certain step and status we can trigger a BIP Notification.  We only see Requisition as something we can audit.  Is is possible to audit other tables?
