Account Use on a Bank Account

Is there a way to remove the check box for payables or receivables under Account Use?

We are transitioning some bank accounts.  Currently, those bank accounts are available for usage in Payables and Receivables.  Now, we only want one of them available for payables and the other available for receivables.  Is there a way to remove those flags or will we have to recreate those bank accounts and denote the changes?
