How can we provide the ability to HR users to change Individual Compensation and salary in the same flow as part of the Change Salary? I checked salary history but there also I don't find any compensation section there. I am looking for something similar to Individual Compensation and administer compensation (link dedicated for Manager and HR) for salary change action. We want to enable the compensation section in salary flow without affecting salary change flow for managers. Currently I don't see an option to add a compensation section in salary flow.
