Absent is not getting prorated if there is a change in salary in between the month
Summary
Absent is not getting prorated if there is a change in salary in between the monthContent
Hi Experts,
I have a scenario here and need your advice how to handle it.
- We have a absent type called "Absent", which is linked plan "Absent". Plan "Absent" is integrated to Payroll through Element "Absent".
- Recently, one employee's Basic salary was changed from "20Mar2021" from 750 to 1000.
- This employee applied for "Absent" for "01March2021"
Now when we are processing salary for this employee for the month of March2021, system is splitting Basic Salary into 2 lines and absent is deducted 2 times.
- Basic Salary: 435 (01March2021 - 19March2021) >> Deducted one day salary for Absent
