Hi All,

We understand that the "Requestor" field is not mandatory while creating the Change Order against the approved Purchase order. Application is allowing to raise a change order without requestor information while adding the new PO line.

However, we have tried to enable the filed as mandatory filed using sandbox. Even after enabling the filed as mandatory, application allowed to submit the change order with the value in the mandatory field.

Is this the intended functionality or am I missing something?

I am testing this solution in 20D (11.13.20.10.0) version.
