How to Include Weekend while calculating Absences

Hi,

 

We have received a requirement to include the Weekend if the Leave is ending on the weekend while calculating Absences.

For e.g.--> An employee should not be able to end his leave on a weekend, (Employee takes leave from Tuesday to Friday and if Saturday & Sunday is weekend, the total deduction should be = 4+2= 6 days)

Has anyone used any Fast Formula that might help here?
