Loading Beg Balances For a Canadian Legal Entity

Hello, we are trying to figure out the best way to load beginning translated balances for our Canadian legal entity.  We are moving the entity from one ledger to another and we would like to load both the functional currency (CAD) and the reporting currency (USD) at the same time.  We already have an established CTA from the previous ledger but we noticed when we try to load beginning CAD balances as a JE it calculates the CTA in USD as if it's the first time.
