Cheklist Tasks - Reassign I-9 Checklist task if the assigned approver is on PTO?

Hi we are implementing HireRight I-9 functionality and would like to understand the Checklists functionality around approvals.

Could you please let us know how do we reassign a Task to another approver or person when the assigned approver is on PTO. 

Is there any automated way where can mention this Task to be routed if the person is on PTO?
