EEO-1 Reporting for 2019 and 2020

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that the data collection for 2019 EEO-1 Component 1 and the 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 will begin in April 2021 and close in July 2021. EEOC will notify filers of the exact closing date of the survey as soon as it is available.

The EEOC announced on March 19th that the Data File Upload will not be available until late May. The EEOC also stated the data file specifications for the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 data collection is remaining the same as the 2018 data collection.  More information will be announced by EEOC in April.
