Need information on Journeys

I have noticed below cases for Journeys .

1) If employee is having only one checklist then Journeys and My Tasks tabs(refer below screen shot) are not available. Is it expected behavior ?

Note- Tabs are available if employee is having more than one checklist .

2) Only Journeys page is coming with redwood theme by default. Is it expected behavior ? can we change it to custom theme which we are using ?
