Charge Account is not updating based on purchasing category

Hi,

 

Charge account is not updating based on purchasing category for one requester alone. For the same category, the charge accoutns are populated correctly. there is no favorite charge account in requester preferences.

What could be the issue? Any leads will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
