We have set up our CSW so that we have a step of "Interview" and status that differentiates if it is a first or second round interview. Now I am working on setting up evaluation management to have the interviews captured within Taleo (so that ultimately I can report off of the diversity of interview candidates and employee's on the interviews for our DE&I initiatives). I am curious how within evaluation management others have been able to differentiate if the employee is in the 1st round or 2nd round. When adding participants I don't see a way to differentiate.
