HDL Element Entry Error Report

Has anyone found or created a good error report from HDL Element Entry load

I have a basic error report from any HDL load, but it is only displaying the Element Entry line not the associated Element Entry Value lines.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?  We would love to have a way to give Payroll the information they need to manually key the items that error out on our numerous HDL loads.  Right now it is a long process to look at the error, figure out the person then track down which line for that person errored.  Any suggestions you might have would be welcome.
