Oracle Recruiting Cloud: Global Talent Community Pool not visible

Hi,

we have a problem about the Global Talent Community Pool. The problem is that this candidate pool, which should be provided by default by the system, is not visibile from My Client Group > Hiring > Candidate Pool (see screenshot "Global Talent Community" attached). We have already check the setup from the task Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information and the section Talent Community is flag "Active" (see screenshot "Flag_Talent Community" attached). How can we solve this problem?
