Hi,

I have never used the Bank Acknowledge Process using the PAIN002 xml format. I want to know if we can use the PAIN002 Acknowledge file from Bank. Is it supported in Oracle Cloud ?. if yes, then how can we setup the file to load to the system and mapping. Do we have to customize the file and does oracle support if customized?
