Issue with Compa-Ratio calculation
Content
Hello experts,
I have noticed that Compa-Ratio is calculated by dividing Salary Amount by Salary Range Midpoint.
Is there a way to calculate Compa-Ratio in different way? In the attached case, I expect to calculate Compa-Ratio by diving Salary Amount by 80.000,00 which is the highest Salary Range for Grade 14. Is there a way to change Compa-Ratio calculation?
Thanks in advance for your time!
Kind Regards,
Valerio
