I cannot login into my account

I was testing Oracle cloud with a free trier account I was currently using an Always Free VM which I'm still connected to via SSH...
However, since this morning I cannot connect to my cloud account anymore. I tried to talk to the support team but they have redirected me to this forums.
After entering the tenant name if I select the SSO I get:
Forbidden
Your client is not allowed to access the requested object.
If I select the Direct Sign-In I get this error:
Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.
