Hi

We have EBS Cloud Manager 20.2.1.0.2 en OCI Compute, and Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle database 19c.

When I execute EBSCloudBackup.pl, in Application tier diskspace; but into log, error is in source application tier, with java.NullPointerException.

However, application stage area has 956GB free diskspace!.

I have uploaded log.

Can you say me what kind of error it can be? In this moment, with SRs we cannot resolve it.
