Chat Inlay – Monitor current page costumer visitor and start chat interaction

Dear community,

Do we have any chat inlay (OEC application) parameter which It enables the agent to monitor current page costumer visitor on my portal (OCC application). Like a track visitor, then, when the agent detects costumer current page, the chat starts as anonymous of this specific costumer IP. Could you help me to solve it ASAP, please?
