'Batch Source' Field From Subledger Journal Line required (Table and Field Name required)

Hi Community,

We require the Batch Source (see sreenshot) field from the Subledger Journal Lines for reporting purposes. Can anyone advise what table and field this is stored in or if there are any reports/SQL that are available to retrieve this?
