Better way to add new Recruiter to all open & on hold requisitions

I don't want to open each requisition to manually add the recruiter

There has to be a more efficient way to add a new recruiter to all open and on hold requisitions. Currently, I open each individual requisition and add the recruiter to each. This is a very time consuming process and I'm hoping to discover a better way.
