Deeplink for submit feedback

Hi Team,

We have build a custom BIP notification for reminders on submit feedback. We would want to add a deeplink for the "Submit Feedback" in the email notification. I see the below link in Deeplinks but its taking to blank page. Also how does it identify a particular candidate on a particular requisition. Does anyone has any idea, if so please share.
