OBI - User Time Zone Field

Time Zone was set on User Accounts but when trying to export in Report, I see that the User Time Zone is returning value as Not Supported. Ideally, it should show the value of the user what was set in their account but not the case in Reporting. When I place the cursor on the field it shows as a Non Supported Object. Maybe the reason is not pulling the value. Any idea on how we can make it a reportable field.
