OTBI report is not reflecting Cost

Whenever I generate a report created for project costing in OTBI , the output is blank, no data. I notice this is not the same for an other user. I have check the security profile and roles and they are the same for both of us. What could be the reason why the report is not showing data especially for these fields.

Expensed CIP Interfaced CIP Total Cost
