We have a few new hires who are receiving error messages when trying to enroll in benefits - we are also receiving an error message when we try to evaluate their live event - the image I attached is the one we get on the admin side. I will post an additional image of what the new hire received as well (as soon as I get it). I couldn't find BEN-990199 anywhere on the support site, or on Goggle. Has anyone else seen this error?
