When sufficient quantity of an item is available, system is not moving to Awaiting shipping status, it remains in Scheduled status only


Whenever an order is created it is in scheduled status but when a sufficient quantity of an item is available then ideally it should perform the fulfilment process steps of reservation and awaiting shipping automatically.

Currently, the orchestration process is stuck at the scheduled status and it is not moving to further processing steps. If I try to do it manually it shows me following error:

"The fulfilment line cannot be processed because the fulfilment line wait step is inactive. (DOO-2685447)" and I am not able to move the processing step further. Now, this sales order line is stuck and shipping is not possible though there is sufficient quantity is available on hand.
