How to setup employee with view-only all negotiations without consuming any licence?

Which roles/privileges/duties need to be assigned for view only all negotiations within BU?

Hi,

 

our client has a demand to setup user/employee with roles/privileges/duties of view-only all negotiations within BU, and without consuming Sourcing licence.

The idea is not to add 'Sourcing project Collaborator' abstract role to an employee and then assigning that person to each negotiation, but to resolve this with giving view access for all negotiations of BU (in status closed, draft, ongoing,...) with privilege, duty or any other way. Maybe some abstract role already exists to cover this case, or custom needs to be created. We just want to be on a safe side that this is possible, how we can achieve that, and that does not consume Sourcing license.
