We are trying to use the BI report to fetch Talent profile details. We are using HRT_PROFILES_SECURED_LIST_V & per_assignment_secured_list_v. We are expecting the report to be fetching the same result as online. 

For Example: Person A reporting to Person B.

Both A & B are in the same location(L1) and same department (D1).

A is provided AOR responsibility of the location (L1).

When Person A logs in and trying to see Person B's profile it is not displaying the profile.

While Person A trying to run the report which uses the tables mentioned above, Person A is able to view the details of Person B which he is not supposed to.
