CSV output with ExternalReportWSSService- All columns,

Hi,

I have created report & default output is CSV in Oracle applications..

THis report needs to ve called by ExternalReportWSSService SOAP.

Everything is working but below id issue:

1) If no data is selected by report than in response we are only getting parameters name. & no csv columns name. we need Coloumn name even if no data is selected in reports, This is resulting in change of file structure.

2) if coloumn has no value is any of row than this columns name is not passed in response.

 

Is there any way I can get all column names in response of SOAP?
