How to allow managers to make changes to compensation plans even if already approved.

Hello experts,

is there a way to allow managers to work again on compensation plans even if they have been already approved?

In other words, we would like to allow managers to be able to make changes on previous pay adjustments even if the higher manager approved their plans.

Is it something we can manage from Administer worker task for example?

Thanks in advance for your time!

Kind Regards,

Valerio
