21A - Some line managers are not able to view emergency contact info for their direct reports
I noticed recently that some of the line managers in our company are not able to view certain details of people who report to them directly and indirectly. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what drives access to emergency contact details. Line managers can see contact info for some direct reports but not others. Also certain document types are not visible in document records despite the document security profiles being set up correctly to allow it. Any suggestions on what to look at to try to resolve this?
