Options for tracking technical skills in TalentContent
Hi All-
We have had a request to start tracking technical skills in talent and we were reviewing options for tracking this information. We would like to understand how other businesses are using certain items in Talent. We have a mix of Salaried, Hourly, Engineering employees so we need to figure out the best way to capture licenses, certifications, competencies and skills.
Currently we have Licenses and Certifications content type and competencies set up mostly for our salaried employees. Can you please share how you are managing this with your employee population?
