Privilege Required for REST API for External Bank Accounts

We are attempting to use REST API service to create and get External Bank accounts.  /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/externalBankAccounts

We have a custom HCM Integration Specialist role, and are not able to figure out which security privilege needs to be added to use this Rest API.

 

We already have included the following privileges:

Use REST Service – Worker Bank Accounts

Use REST Service – Worker Bank Accounts Read Only

What other REST privileges would be required to use this REST API?
