Scheduled Reports Are Stuck on either "Running" or "Waiting" Status

Hi,

Our scheduled BIP reports are stuck on "Waiting" or "Running" status, even the ones that are scheduled to run immediately. When generating a report without schedule, report is generated successfully.

Anyone with an idea on the root cause and fix for this?
