Issue with Internal Offer letter preview

Unable to preview Internal Offer letters. As recruiter want to preview the offer letter but getting below error:

'There was a problem creating the job offer letter from the BI Publisher server. Try again later. (IRC-1590293)'

I have ran the ESS process ('Generate Recruiting Job Offer Letters' & 'Restore Recruiting Job Offer Letter Layouts') as well before previewing the offer letter but still didn't work.  And this issue is with only Internal offer letter preview and earlier Internal Offer letter preview was working fine. I have recently uploaded new internal offer letter template.

Has anyone experience this issue?
