Hello,

In Taleo ,we have a user that is both a requisition manager and a recruiter - since in Fusion the user is defined as
both manager and HR - and since the HR has direct reports - Taleo defines the user as 'Requisition manager'.
we defined 2 types of requisition files - 1)Requisition manager 2) Requisition - Recruiter .
since our recruiter is also a manager - the configuration file is set as 'manager' and not recruiter (since the HR has direct reports under her).
we would like the HR user that is also a manager to view the same requisition file as the 'recruiter'.
