Changes only Payroll Balance HCM Extract

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display Changes Only Payroll Balance HCM Extract. 

I think we can use PAYROLL REL ACTIONS RANGE UE as root data block but need to know the Threading Database Item name, Key and Marked attributes to get the Changes only data.
