I see that there is only global rules in CBCR. I have a few situations where I might need workarounds, hopefully just using member formulas,  

1) I want a member formula to look at an account balance, if negative if needs to go to one CbCR rule , if positive it needs to be in a CbCR second rule.

2) I want the member rule to look at entities or jurisdictions to determine when to apply rule 1) above.

 

I am not sure if the best way is to create accounts in the consol cube first for these rules and then to use the CbCR default global rules to just populate a CbCR rule from the new accounts I created,   or can the member rules be add to the CbCR accounts in the CbCR cube only.
