Interviewers & Offers/Req. Name Drop Down Lists

Where do I edit the dropdowns for interviewers, offers & reqs.

Hi,

When I create an offer, req. or schedule an interview, it's showing former employees names along with current employees....so I need to clean up these lists.

Where do I go to clean up these lists?

I have done it before, but for the life of me, I can't find it.
